What’s the cancellation policy?
Life happens—we get it. Here’s the policy:
Cancel 90+ days before: Full refund (minus deposit)
Cancel 60–89 days before: 50% refund
Cancel less than 60 days before: Full payment due.
You can use your spot for a future 2 day session with Todd within one year—no fee, no stress.
Where should I stay?
All events will begin in South Sedona in the village of Oak Creek, as it’s quieter and closer to our retreat space. Once you book, we’ll happily share recommendations. We’ve kept lodging separate so you can choose what feels right for you.
How strenuous are the vortex hikes?
The vortex hike is 1-2 miles maximum on an unpaved trail—mild, not strenuous. You’ll move at your own pace, and the energetic payoff is well worth it.
Will there be downtime?
Yes. Spaciousness is key to integrate, reflect, breathe and journal.
What if I need support after the Retreat?
Yes! Every retreat client can purchase a “Lifeline” zoom or phone session to continue the life-coaching we have provided.
